How are our services different from the others?

1. Our services are more women-friendly. We believe that modern women are more discerning when they travel. At the meantime, as a company founded by a foreign female, we also understand the difficulties and expectations that people have when traveling to Paris.

2. We are people-centric. While traditional travel agencies sell you pre-planned tours, we want to know more about you first. Our Ambassadors will finalize their tour after they have chatted with you.

3. We offer you a personalized experience. We care about how you are enjoying the tour, having a good chat with the Ambassador, and creating good memories.

Are our services restricted to a female audience?

Although we designed our services with women in mind, they are nevertheless open to everyone. All we ask for is an open-minded spirit and curiosity.

What are our quality standards?

For us, the quality of the experience is everything. We carefully chose our Ambassadors through a long process. We met with them, we went on their tours ourselves, we went through their social network profiles, and we make sure that they are passionate about what they do. More importantly, they are multilingual and responsible.

The tour with an Ambassador is designed to last 3 hours. Food, fashion, beauty, shopping, culture, history, latest trends… these are some topics that can be covered. Before your tour, your Ambassador will ask you about your interests and expectations in order to come up with the best plan. You can either book a tour in the morning (10 am to 1 pm), or in the afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm). Please note that no meal is included, however we will always have a surprise for you.

Who are our Ambassadors?

Our Ambassadors are Parisians from different backgrounds. Some of them were born and raised here, others came to settle their lives many years ago. They are fashion models, directors and actors, fashion bloggers, engineering designer, professional make-up artist and university professor. We want to make sure that whichever your interests are, you can find like-minded people to share a trip with. They are all trained to have historical knowledge about Paris. More importantly, they are passionate about what we do and are eager to meet new friends. All we wish to do is to offer you a brand new experience in Paris.

How do we select our Ambassadors?

We meet with each one of them, and get to know them personally. We look for some specific qualities in them:

1. Of course, they know Paris well and they speak foreign languages.

2. They are people persons, who are open-minded, attentive and friendly.

3. They are professional, among others, reliable and punctual.

4. They are motivated by our concept and are excited to make creative tour plans for our guests.

Preparing for the tour

Your Ambassador will contact you 48 hours before your tour. He or she will let you know the meeting point. If you have any question or specific request, feel free to let your Ambassador know. Please note that Parisian streets are mostly covered with cobblestones, so make sure that you wear comfortable shoes.

How do I contact my Ambassador?

Once the booking is confirmed, the Ambassador will contact you via email, WhatsApp or phone call.

Safety tips
What are some safety tips I can follow?

Paris is a crowded city. The metro, the streets, and many sightseeing spots can be overwhelming. Should you beware of pickpockets? Yes, you should make sure to keep your bags and pockets closed at all time and pay attention to what is happening around you. Paris is very convenient for the use of bank cards so big notes aren’t needed. If you have any doubt about any suspicious people, your Ambassador is here to help.

What happens if I’m injured during my tour?

If you are injured during the trip, notify your Ambassador immediately. He or she will help you to go to the hospital. If you feel unwell during the tour, always let your Ambassador know, your comfort and well-being are our biggest concern. If your health condition causes you to end the tour, we will refund you accordingly.

What happens if I’m pickpocketed or robbed during the tour?

All local Parisians have tips about places to avoid and things not to do. A tour will never include potentially dangerous spots. And your Ambassador will share some tips with you. Shall the unfortunate situations occur, your Ambassador will help you to call the police.

Can my friends join me on a tour?

Of course! Each tour can accept maximum of 5 people. If you have any special request, please feel free to let us know.

What should I be aware of before booking an Ambassador?

All Ambassadors speak English, however, you might find an Ambassador who speak the same language as you do. Also please pay attention to the time slot, if you change the time slot, the same Ambassador might not be available.

How to book an Ambassador?

To make a booking, you should first choose an Ambassador, then select the date to see if he or she will be available. If it’s the case, you will be able to select a time slot, the morning tour will be from 10 am to 1 pm, and the afternoon tour will be from 2 pm to 5 pm. Then you will choose the number of people participating (from 1 to 5 maximum). Then you will confirm and proceed to the payment. We accept different payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay), we also accept Alipay. You will receive a confirmation via email shorty. No meal is included in the tour. However, there will always be a tasty treat that awaits you.

Can I book a tour for others?

Yes. Please make sure that you have all the information of the person whom you book the tour for (name, phone number, email) so that we can be in touch with him or her and make sure that we design a satisfactory plan.

Can I make several bookings at the same time?

We are unable to do it for the moment due to technical issues. Please make a single booking at a time.

What is the cancellation policy?

You want to cancel a booking? The sooner the better! No cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your booking 48 hours in advance. Please write to us at [email protected], or chat us online.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Our Ambassadors will always take the weather forecast into consideration. However, if the weather turns out to be terrible and the tour cannot be continued, we will offer a full refund or propose another day for the tour.

What happens after the booking?

After the booking is confirmed, your Ambassador will be touch with you shortly in order to make plans.

Can I amend my booking?

We understand that changes can happen. If you want to change to another Ambassador, change the date or time, or change the number of participant, please email us at : [email protected], or chat us online.

What payment methods does Parisdize accept?

We accept several types of credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Union Pay.

We also accept Alipay.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don’t offer this service for now.

What happens if my Ambassador cancels my booking?

If your Ambassador has to cancel your booking, we propose a fully refund or you can choose another Ambassador.

Can I pay with any currency?

The prices are listed in EUR on the website and we accept credit cards in all currencies. Please note that transaction fees might be charged by your bank if you pay in another currency.

What if my Ambassador asks for more money?

Please note that the total price you will pay on the website covers everything. Any additional charge due to special arrangement must be consented by you. Therefore, you are not obliged to pay anything else. If you have any question please email us at : [email protected] or chat us online.
